Fenugreek is a botanical also familiar as a culinary spice; cosmetic use differs from eating it.
Hair and scalp care
Fenugreek is part of the botanical blend alongside amla, brahmi and hibiscus. The oil base provides conditioning and slip for scalp massage; we do not claim that fenugreek stimulates hair growth.
What research tells us
Fenugreek is included in our hair-oiling blend, without a promise of hair growth. Evidence about oral uses does not demonstrate benefits from applying an oil to the scalp.
Precautions
Fenugreek can cause serious allergy, including cross-reactions in some people allergic to peanut. Seek clinical advice if you have a peanut or other legume allergy.
