What research tells us
Vitamin E is not a proven scar-healing or hair-growth treatment. A small topical scar study reported contact dermatitis and no cosmetic benefit.
Precautions
Topical vitamin E can cause contact dermatitis. Stop use with a rash or persistent irritation.
